1. Township Establishments Township establishment - is a complex process of converting land into residential, commercial, or industrial properties. It serves to establish the full infrastructure requirements and guide timely implementation thereby ensuring quality, efficiency and cost-effectiveness in the infrastructure and human settlements provisions for the proposed development.
2. Rezoning/Amendment of Land Use Schemes Rezoning (Amendment of Town Planning Scheme) - is the action or process of assigning land or property to a different category of restrictions on use and development. 7. Consent Uses Consent Use – represents a granting of development rights by the Municipality in terms of the Town Planning Scheme, without changing the formal zoning of the stand. We to the specific Town Planning Scheme as to which uses can be approved on different zonings.

10.1.
